During this Webinar, our UAE counsel will be presenting the latest regulatory developments in the United Arab Emirates. The purpose of this Webinar is to present the new banking law issued by the Central Bank on 8 September 2025 (Federal Decree-Law No. (6) of 2025) and the latest SCA Decision No. 10/RM/2025 concerning the Regulation of Finfluencers. The aim is notably to discuss the potential impacts of these new regulations on a foreign financial institution’s cross-border business with UAE residents and business relationships with UAE third parties.
