On December 27th, 2023, the Administration of President Javier Milei submitted to Congress a very extensive Bill ‘Bases and Starting Points for the Freedom of the Argentine People’. The Bill declares the situation of emergency, provides for the delegation of legislative powers to the Executive Branch and proposes important high-impact reforms, including economic and tax reforms among many others. The Bill is currently being discussed during extraordinary sessions held by Congress until the end January 2024.

Against this backdrop, this webinar is an opportunity to look at the first measures taken by the new Argentine Administration and discuss with our local experts about the expected developments in the financial sector and explore potential opportunities for the industry.
