Regulatory Template
Material changes
We can confirm that there have been no relevant regulatory changes since the last publication of this Country Manual.
Non-material changes
The document has been reformatted onto the latest template. Many answers in the RT have been re-worded, with an additional reference to applicable laws/regulations, to provide more clarity and a more detailed explanation.
Furthermore, as already stated in the previous version, Dutch regulation seems to recognise reverse solicitation as an exception to the general rules. However, there are no formal rules, but only guidance and precedents set by the regulator. To better align our comments with this explanation, we have added the condition “No formal rules” for all tolerated activities based on reverse solicitation, on site and remotely.
Moreover, in the Chapter Tax, we have updated the reporting requirements section in relation to Covid measures.
Behaviour Template
The answers in the BT have been aligned to those contained in the RT.
Definitions and Concepts
The document Definitions and Concepts now includes a Concordance Table. This Table is designed to help the users of the Country Manual Credits easily recognize existing or potential interactions between the rules of different types of credits
