Material changes
The Country Manual has been reviewed together with our local counsel to ensure that the content of all the documents remain accurate and up to date. We confirm that there have not been any relevant legal or regulatory changes in Indonesia since the last update of this manual.
Reference to the latest developments regarding the Language Law have been added in line with our “Regulatory Alert Indonesia 1/2024 – Language Law”.
Non-material changes
Some comments have been slightly reworded (without introducing material changes) to reflect the regulatory situation/current interpretation of the regulatory framework more accurately.
