Material changes
While no material changes have been introduced by law, authorities or expert’s opinion, the transfer of the Country Manual Greece out of EEA onto a new template has been taken as an opportunity to streamline and to provide more detail on the applicable legal bases, as well as on unsolicited communication, transactions on the internet and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Non-material changes
Some comments and content have been streamlined and/or slightly reworded in the Country Manual, without introducing substantive changes to reflect the regulatory situation/current interpretation of the regulatory framework more accurately.
