Egypt
Regulatory Summary
Material changes
The wording in the Tax section of the Regulatory Summary covering Anti-avoidance Rules and Structuring Personal Assets has been revised and extended.
There are new sub-sections covering Disclosure of Reportable Tax Schemes and Register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners.
Non-material changes
The wording in the Regulatory Summary covering permanent establishments has been enhanced.
