Material changes

The section on pledging of sercurities listed in the target country and on tax have been updated;

The scope of application of the Credit Agreements Act has been amended;

It has been specified that a consumer has the right at any time to repay his/her credit and any notice period is not binding for the consumer. Likewise, a non-termination clause for the consumer is not .binding.

Non-material changes

The scope of the Country Manual has been amended to explicitly point out that the Danish cross-border rules are not applicable to Greenland, as Danish legislation is (only) implemented on a section-by-section basis and with specific adjustments in Greenland, and (additional) local laws may apply. Further, the legal bases have been updated to the latest versions and other non-material changes and more detailed explanations (in particular in the Lombard credit section) have been added throughout the documents.
