Regulatory Template
Material changes
The Country Manual has been reviewed to ensure that the content of all documents remains accurate and in line with the evolving interpretation of the current legal and regulatory framework. We can confirm that there have been no relevant legal or regulatory changes in the Singapore since the last update of the manual. Although there has been various new laws and amendments introduced in the past months, e.g. the new Debt Collection Act 2022, none of these changes directly impact the contents covered by the manual.
Non-material changes
Minimal non-material changes have been made.
