Material changes
The Country Manual has been reviewed to ensure that the content of all the documents remains accurate and up to date.
Non-material changes
- In the County Manual Products Behaviour Templates (CM P BT), some comments and content have been slightly redrafted, without introducing any substantive changes, to better reflect the current regulatory framework.
- For example, it is highlighted that the provision of investment services and any marketing activities in Romania (at target) are only permitted on an occasional basis, even in the context of an ongoing advisory agreement (and only for non-passported EEA service providers). As a result, the CM P BT now adds the comment “On an occasional basis” to the “Grey zone/YES” answer in the relevant scenarios.
