The following material changes have occurred since the last update of the Manual.

That the passported bank is liable for damage resulting from outsourcing and terms of an outsourcing agreement regulating such liability.
The conditions and deadlines applying to a request of the client to provide hin/her with a written explanation concerning the performed assessment of the client’s creditworthiness;
That the use of telecommunications terminal equipment and automated calling systems for direct marketing or sending unsolicited commercial information is forbidden, unless a subscriber or an end user has given prior consent to do so;
