The Country Manual has been reviewed to ensure that the content of all documents remains accurate and in line with the evolving interpretation of the current legal and regulatory framework.
The Tax section of the document has been updated, for example with respect to:
Reporting requirements for foreign financial institutions with and without a permanent establishment in Mexico.
Double taxation treaties.
Registration requirements for foreign financial institutions.
Non-material changes
Minimal non-material changes have been made.
