DESCRIPTION:Cross-border Suisse UK – Nouveau ! – Accord de Berne sur les services financiers\nPremières réflexions opérationnelles sur le nouvel accord de coopération \nWebinar in French \n\nLe 3 novembre dernier\, la FINMA et la FCA ont publié leurs guides pratiques respectifs sur le nouvel accord entre la Suisse et le Royaume-Uni (Berne Financial Services Agreement). \nAu cours de ce webinaire\, l’équipe BRP commentera le contenu de ces guides\, en soulignant les principales indications opérationnelles pour les intermédiaires financiers suisses. \n  \nL’accord de Berne sur les services financiers (AFSF) marque une étape importante dans les relations entre la Suisse et le Royaume-Uni\, en créant un cadre de coopération qui élargit l’accès aux marchés financiers et ouvre des espaces concrets pour le développement de services transfrontaliers. \nLe nouvel accord représente un cas sans précédent dans le paysage européen : il s’agit du premier accord bilatéral dans le domaine financier basé sur l’équivalence mutuelle et non sur la simple reconnaissance unilatérale. \nL’événement a pour but de présenter les effets pratiques de l’accord dans le contexte de la fourniture de services bancaires et financiers de la Suisse vers le Royaume-Uni.
