Mai 2024 eröffnete die FINMA eine Anhörung zu einem neuen Rundschreiben\, das ausgewählte Aspekte der Verhaltenspflichten nach FIDLEG/FIDLEV präzisiert. Es richtet sich an die von der FINMA oder einer Aufsichtsorganisation beaufsichtigten Finanzdienstleister und präzisiert insbesondere\, “wie gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden Transparenz zu schaffen ist\, damit diese ihre Anlageentscheide in Kenntnis der Sachlage treffen können”.
