DESCRIPTION:Règles de conduite sur le marché\nReconnu par la recertification SAQ \n \n  \nWebinaire en français \n\nCe cours vise à définir et à décrire le cadre réglementaire régissant les comportements inadmissibles sur le marché du point de vue du droit de la surveillance. \nLes règles relatives à l’exploitation d’informations privilégiées et à la manipulation du marché (« abus de marché ») seront abordées au moyen d’étude de cas pratiques.
